Social Media Reputation Manager
Amber oversees the monitoring and response to online guest feedback as well as guest surveys ensuring that all Guests, Inc. hotels maintain a positive online reputation in today’s digital world. She coordinates with the hotels’ General Managers, Directors of Sales, Regional Directors and other key figures to address reviews, optimize online visibility and respond to feedback.
In addition to monitoring and responding to feedback in numerous online platforms, Amber helps to maintain Facebook pages for a number of the hotels operated by Guests, Inc. Although a relatively new project, engagement with our guests is increasing and she looks forward to continuing to utilize this perennial tool for communicating with our current and potential guests.
Amber joined Guests, Inc. in 2004 in a supporting role to the President & Director of Operations, Regional Directors and Marketing Director. She is a graduate of Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
